All donations, sponsorships, registrations, and other payments made to TEPI are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy.
By making a payment, you confirm that:

- You understand that some payments may be non-refundable.
Funds received support TEPI’s programs, operations, advocacy, and organizational development efforts.

is the intellectual property of The Equality Pathway Initiative and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
You may share TEPI content for non-commercial educational or advocacy purposes provided proper credit is given.

Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites, organizations, or services. TEPI does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for:

Participation in TEPI programs and activities is voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Equality Pathway Initiative, its officers, volunteers, staff, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Violation of these Terms,
